Well there r laws but who cares about to fully implement them. None coz this would piss off those in power (localy, regionaly, nationaly)

They surely r not totaly unaware of this but somehow some of them ignore this as they r not able to pay the fee/books etc. for a Government school

If u don't respect the Gift of the Almighty Allah, well it'll turn out to be ur downfall. the Muslims had the divine teaching and knowledge in form of teh Holy Qur'an but they didn't pay utmost respect to it. So u c today that every outstanding scientific acvievement of modern times is done by non-muslims and if u study the Holy Qur'an carefully u'll find all of them in it. Pitty where we stand today
