Does anyone here take multi vitamins?
Do you see any changes in your body for e.g more energy, healtheir skin etc.
Any help would be appreciated

I take multi vitamin and mineral supplements, but more as an addition to a balanced diet rather than a substitute.
The main difference I notice is in my energy levels although my skin also feels much better too.
I used to take multi-vitamins very regularly. I had loads of energy, suffered from colds and flu less and definitely had nicer skin and hair.
Gosh....lemme pick some up today.
If you do the same, try to get one that has a concentrated B-Complex formula.
I used to take iron tablets cz they were prescribed by the doc. I was an anemic. Well....... the only change was that I was normal. It's been months since I quit taking. I mean I dont want to be dependent of "tablets" to live like a normal human so I quit. I do feel somtimes I should restart.
^ My mother is anemic too, and she also takes her iron irregularly. Sometimes she skips days, sometimes weeks.
But it makes a huge difference. Iron is the only way your body transports oxygen so she gets tired and dizzy when she doesn't take it regularly. Now she's better about it.
It's a deficiency, and you're making up for it. I don't think of it as a dependency/addiction in the same way, altho I suppose you could.
^ Ohh I didn;t knwo that...I'm gonna go pick up some iron today..I had been prescribed that trihemic bottle...but it gives me a tummy ache..took it for a few months then stopped...
Muzna and Shahreen, what brand or store do you gals usually get your multi vitamins from?
Well, I know it's a "majboori" that's why I hate to depend on it. I did not start to take it for the first two years of the prescription. My mom disposed off 10s of bottles and I became very sick. Then I realised my mistake so I searched for similar tablets which were less stinky and easier to swallow. Took them for about a year and now... dont feel like anymore.... I know I should restart before I start to feel terribly sick again.

I don't hold any loyalty to any particular brand of vitamin.......I just buy the highest concentration I can and check the recommended daily allowances.
