a half decent play on ARY these days. Not as bad as I thought it would be initially. Worth a watch as it mixes humor with some drama without doing the whole Indian thing.

I caught a few episodes here and there. I like the way the mom talks. I find it amusing the the two grown up guys are called Chunnu miya and C-something (chintu?) miya.

Yeah it's actually some sort of a Honeymoon/Business trip - not sure why they built that into the script. I like how they quickly found out who is scheming against the couple instead of taking 5 months like most of these stupid dramas do!
It's funny how the older son is a COMPLETE MOMMA'S BOY!! He was scared of a lizard in his room and his wife was laughing away!

But even the younger son is a nice guy.
He loves his fmaily and mother - its the mother who is taking complete advantage of that.

Has anyone been keeping up with it? The new mukamla is just plain annoying - and I don't appreciate them making punjabi people look all evil and junglee :(

^ yea i think munnu mian divorced his other wife...at least thats wat his mom was telling him to do....i dont like his character....he shouldve at least talked to mukamala and asked her wat really happened...but yea i think the new mukamala will change things...i cant believe the mom wants her daughter to marry miskeen!! and she believes he's from delhi...its sooo obvious that hes a fraud...

^^ munnu did divorce iffat omer (the 1st mukamla) I so miss her! She was like the life of the drama. Everything is so lame now.
