Mukadma and Jaadu

I am 28 yrs old woman in Australia and my former ex-husband is a mean and violent person and absconding criminal from India who forcefully took away my money and jewellery of my marriage in India. I have 4 yr old daughter in India with my parents since 22 months while my ex-husband still lives in Australia and never travelled overseas since he came to Australia. We are all still Indian citizens. My daughter is an Indian citizen who was born in India but Australian resident. My ex-husband had always revealed that he did jaadu on me and everyone who knew me were sure that he and his family made black magic spells on me . Now I am divorced .

He repeatedly files cases on me in Australian court to return daughter and he is truly very bad man. I always stay dutiful to all my namaz times and please guide me Allah’s path to win over the cases(mukadma) for me and my daughter that he never comes in our lives again

After coming to Australia my husband badly turned violent and injured me badly that I had police orders against him However the violence charges couldn’t be pressed over him. After separation my husband showed no interest to meet my daughter and exercised no proceedings to meet her nor paid any child support but kept on harrasing and abusing me that i had to leave Australia with my daughter to India
and after 1 yr of stay I returned Australia leaving my daughter with my parents . I got her admission in school in India and she is still in India with my parents.

Re: Mukadma and Jaadu

Our parers are with you. What I got from your story is that after divorce, you left Australia with your daughter, and now you are back in Australia without your daughter and your hubby wants to press charges on you to gain the custody of your (and his) daughter.

I am sorry but it seems that you are trying to dodge the law by leaving your daughter in India so she remains out of reach of your hubby and court of Australia. That situation makes you look more suspicious than your hubby. If you know that your hubby is an abusive person and you can prove it in the court, you should not have any problem in gaining your child's custody.

My apologies again but you should not ask for wazeefa or dua in legal matters where your own intentions are not sincere.

Re: Mukadma and Jaadu

Peace yaseen123,

Do a lots of "Astagfar", read two rakats "Namaz-e-Haajat" and read this dua "La Ilaha Annta Subhanaka Inni Kuntoo Meelan'z Zalimeen".

May Almighty Allah easy this time on u. Ameen.

Re: Mukadma and Jaadu

Lethal: i know we can read ayat e karima for difficulties.. Do you know how many times we should recite it? 100 times everyday? and then make dua
