Not a shuttle cock burqa! This used to be called as the famour "chor burqa" in Lalukhet's (Liaqatabad) cloth market. The thief women pretending to be buyers will grab in this huge "shuttle' the whole piece of cloth if the shopkeeper was a little bit unwatchfull!
