ania died of cancer, Farah shah recoeverd from her hallucinatin problem and got hooked up with Shan (special apperance) and Adnan siddique who had lost both ania and farah shah couldn't bare it committed sucide.

I hate Pakistanis who run Prime.
These dimwits usually give some hints earlier if they r to kill someone with cancers/tumours e.g. humayun saeed in that rotten 'mehndi' drama...getting dizzy and all. Regardless of how lousy they r they usually know better and give the audience time to get a hint, then bear the trauma and finally watch the death scene. 40 mins ain't enough for that, but then again its Prime TV!
