Jaan Leva is constantly coming up with the 'Will of Allah' argument. Well chicanery doesnt help. As I have said nothing happens 'without' the Will of Allah. Every 'evil' such as murder, rape, robbery and every 'good' happens with the power vested in us, through the Will of Allah.
If your point is that Allah was somehow 'satisfied' with the Caliphate of the first three then the answer is No.
