Just curious, there was once a muharram banner on GS.

Was there a thread open in Cafe to have ppl make one like they do for other banners?
Even so, is it not possible to use the old one?

No. A thread was not opened. We normally open those threads for Eid banners. For other occasions such as Muharram, New Year, Qaaed's birthday etc., someone (or more) simply makes it and submits it to one of the mods and we take it from there. You can always simply create one for any occasion and forward it to either one of the mods or admins, and if it it meets the requirements etc. and it is for an occasion where the administration thinks we should have a banner, it'll go up.
About the old ones, I am not sure if they save those, I doubt if they do. If they do, Gizzy should know more about it because normally he's the one who uploads the banners.

Most likely I'll have that old banner saved some place. I will look for it tomorrow (in the other computer) and if I find it, will get it to Gizzy.
