Muhammad Owais Qadri is a famous naat-khawan.
I wanted to know if he follows the Barelvi way?
In his naats, he praises the Rasul(PBUH), meaning he thinks that the Rasul(PBUH) is everywhere.
If you listen to his lyrics too, you can find out. Just wanted to know. Thanks.
Meaning that the Rasool (PBUH) is present everywhere, beside me and you.etc… This is very wrong but just wanted to know if this is what Owais Qadri follows (from his naats, it looks like he does).
I am going to askimam.org inshAllah when the session opens and ask the scholar too.
Maybe someone who lives in Pakistan would know. Thanks.
1-He is brelvi and some of his naats do have shirkia kalam.
2-He is such strict in his aqaidh that this year he went for hajj and did not prayed behind Imam e Kaaba /
3-He uses musics in his naats
Kindly read the Quran with meaning and then avoid making outright judgements, cause then again there are differing interpertations.

Barelvi is a school of thought with roots to Sufism which originated back in the eigth century, just like deobandism, shiaism, salafism, wahabism etc etc. throwing around barelvism and asserting shirk does not make any sense unless u provide proof. One more thing, u do remember story of Prophet's son killing a kaafi when he had recited the Kalamar? Story is very simple yet beautiful and fits well according to the Prophets nature of all encompassing, loving and sharing.

According to such an understanding of bordering on shirkia as one person previously stated,** Allama Iqbal **also must have "bordered" on shirk by saying that the one who has love for Rasul-Allah (saws) controls everything in the seas and lands, and that the entire Universe rotates around him (saws). You may refer to that thread which I started so see the "shirkia" taking place.
Brother Juniboy, have some respect for the shirkia team, they are self-learned 'Ulama who have authority to issue religious rulings upon other Muslims because they are masters of Qur'an and Ahadith, we shouldn't challenge them. They can take any ayah of Qur'an and apply it to you, even to use it to further their personal arguments such as accusing you of idol worship.
Oh yes just so everyone knows, I have also committed shirk according to GupShup's Religion forum mods...I am also suspected of being a Shi'a and a spy, and of not being Sunni.
Of course the suspicions of people has not led them to commit gheebat about me, insha'Allah. Keep up the good work.
Forgive me, I thought this was a Islamic forum and everyone wud have the basic knowledge ie Prophet had a adopted son to which all ahadith are referenced.
Yusuf Ali's translatoion of Verse 33.06 Sura Al Ahzab
"The Prophet is closer to the Believers than their own selves, and his wives are their mothers. Blood-relations among each other have closer personal ties, in the Decree of God. Than (the Brotherhood of) Believers and Muhajirs: nevertheless do ye what is just to your closest friends: such is the writing in the Decree (of God)."
Verse 33.56
"God and His angels send blessings on the Prophet: O ye that believe! Send ye blessings on him, and salute him with all respect"
