Mud Mask/Multani matti

I have heard lots of praises of multani matti / mud mask, how it tightens your skin & closes yours pours & brings a glow.

So anyway, i went to buy it. The sales lady gave me Mud Mask of Golden Girl. I bought it but now i am a little confused. How good is Golden Girl’s mask? What sort of a company is it? Has any one used this product?

P.S: I have open pores & blemished skin.

i guess mud mask is good for oily skin because it reduces oil.my skin is not oily so when i use mud mask,my skin becomes dry.

ha ha..my mum hs just got back from pak and has bought the same thing..now i dnt know whether to use it or not?

i dunno if i would use that.

but i have used multani meeti..it's really good.

Try a bit on your arm and see if you get any kind of reaction. Even if it's 'just' redness don't use it =)

Multani mitti (pure) is ideal for people with oily skin, it also helps tighten large pores and draws a lot of clogged dirt and sebum from pores.

I have never been able to understand what type of a skin i have. My news is always dry, cheeks and forehead can sometimes be oily, normal or dry. Sometimes the entire face seems normal & some times oily.

I am not sure what to add to the mask. It says add an egg white &
Milk for one type of skin, rose water for another type and 1-2 other things for other skin types.

What should i add?
