The only question lingering on the tip of my mind is, if the likes of Bangladesh are now able to score past the 300-mark (granted it’s against Kenya, but still), what does that say for the top-level International teams? Is the gap becoming increasingly narrow, minute-by-minute? Should ICC take a more defining approach to the game, and differentiate the rules in a more clear and concise manner so as to equate more on both sides of the fence (bowling and batting)?

I would actually want the gap to be narrow. It would make the game more interesting and competitive, rather than just having 5 or 6 top nations who take turns in winning all the titles.
