MUA for the Baraat & Valima

Hi all.

I’m new to all this but have been following this forum for years. This is my first thread…so I’m kind of scared lol. Inshah’allah I’m getting married soon and its just a quick question regarding the Make up Artists.

Would you consider having the same MUA for both the baraat & Valima or have 2 seperate MUA’s. I’m a bit confused.

It depends on who's paying for both days. It would make more sense to go with one MUA purely because they tend to give you a discount for using them more than once - a good MUA can adapt and change looks so you don't look the same on both days.

If the groom's side want to sort out the MUA themselves on for the valima, then it would make more sese to let them get on with it.

If the groom's side allow you to choose then I would say to have the same artist for both days purely because you would already be comfortable with them and know their work. Mad Hatter is spot on when she says that a good make up artist would be able to give you two different looks

Thank you Mad Hatter and Kat7. I have been given the task ov bookin da MUA for the Valima aswell by my in-laws. Not dat I mind ;-). So I've decided to book da same MUA for both the days. Let da wedding preparation commence lol
