The trick to cook quails is to not to use garam masala, haldi and all the Pakistani masalas…keep it simple to enjoy the authentic taste of quails.
I just used lemon juice, salt and olive oil.
The Title: I was reading Hunger Games and felt like eating roasted quails.
So who else likes quails?

I love quail!
Not a fan of meat but I love ordering quail masala or barbecued quail when we go out. This looks yummy.
