Yes they can find out.

This website scans your entire list to show who have blocked you, blocked / deleted you, and who is really online at the moment :@:

Using a software …Even u can find out who hav blocked u …who appears offline …bla bla bla … n u can un block urself too but for ths u need to buy tht software … :chai:

LOl..aesa koi software nahi hota..many times when my friends are appearsofflines i send them mesg "r u there?" they say "yes..but how u know?"

i said coz i have some software :D..and real thing is that i know what time they come online :D
