If you have Windows Live Messenger running click on ur name and (it should show you how many places you’re logged into) click on More Options. Go to the Connection link in the left nav bar and it should show you were you might be connected from. you can also put a check in the box “Logging” (and hit apply) and it will start logging your connections (IP address and all).
it gets a bit complicated there, but don’t give up.
