kisi dinn koee toronto ka manchala aapko beech bazaar pakar kar DHULAYEE karnay wala hay agar aapka ye haal raha yaar..
genius bhai: i guess ms was trying to get away from the potential of msconfig… to sell their OWN app .. but they learnt that msconfig as part of os was better solution .. so they re-introduced that in xp i guess..
ofcourse, if its ms, u can always find ways to get around it 
tweakui for example does it pretty much for 2k
