I am planning on a new Phone i.e. buying one .. and three options come to mind …

  1. Samsung MS8800 - No Wi Fi
  2. Sony Ericcson C906 - 8.1mp Camera
  3. Nokia N97 - Apparently its Huge

My personal Choice is Sony Ericcson C906 … Is this a Good Choice?

Give Me your reviews on these three Models please.

I don’t know much about the Samsung and Sony Ericcson models, but a couple of guppies on here rave about the Nokia N97… and tbh i quite like it now… still don’t think it’s as good as the iPhone, but it’s pretty up there for me now. Here are some pros and cons of the N97 i listed in another thread:

**Pros: **

  • Good spec,
  • Massive storage of 32GB of storage (expandable to 48GB),
  • Good connectivity,
  • Decent keyboard,
  • Long battery life.

**Cons: **

  • Crappy touch interface design,
  • Applications are not optimised well for touch, camera is 5mp but pics come out looking crappy at full crop,
  • Media playback features seem underpowered; the N97 has some good hardware, but can’t quite manage the interface and apps to handle all that power

ooh 5mp and the result is not soo good ..hmm well ther goes this fone outa the window cos am a foto person, so i d want a good camera for strts ..

aur secondlyyy … media wisee … i need good media with FULL power ..

aur crappy touch interface … i already experienced … its not all thatt …so ur right about it being crappy.

theres a smaller N97 called the ‘mini-n97’ being launched next month… the bigger one has a crappy touch interface, its a capacitive screen, as opposed to a resistive one that the iphone uses…
