MS From Australia....... Please Help

I want to go for MS studies from Australia in Engineering.

I can find the Fee structure for the University but have no idea how much other expenses would be?

Like living , immigration etc (I want to be on full time track)

Any one here can guide me please?

Also , in case of full time study , would i be able to do some part time job?

you are looking at around 1000 dollars per month living expenses
you can only study full time, no part time options for international students, 20 hrs per week limit
