Re: Mrs Shahbaz Sharif got French Award

What is this book about?

Re: Mrs Shahbaz Sharif got French Award

My Feudal Lord is about the sex affairs of Mrs Shahbaz's ex-husband (Mustafa Khar - a well know politician from Southern Punjab). Blasphemy is about a lady's sufferings by a so called peer-cum-landlord.

I don't know why her works get recognition among all the writers in Pakistan

Re: Mrs Shahbaz Sharif got French Award

and then she married her feudal/industrialist politician!!!

Re: Mrs Shahbaz Sharif got French Award

I know similar writing in Marathi by Ayesha, wife of Namdeo Dhasal. I got to know about them because Sir Naipaul dedicated one full chapter on them :)

Re: Mrs Shahbaz Sharif got French Award

The society where these elite survive can only produce such shallow literature.

Re: Mrs Shahbaz Sharif got French Award

In this writing, it is of two ordinary people who became extra-ordinary due to prevailing struggles and genius of Naipaul never mises underscoring lessons from it
