My paternal grandfather would call his sons wife (my uncles wife) Indira Gandhi and his son Nijilingappa. Apparently the latter would listen to everything Indira Gandhi said.
Nijilingappa was the Congress part president in 1969, when he split from Indira. So my grandfather may have got his facts wrong about Nijilingappa.
Editors note: Nijilingappa was a man, notwithstanding dadaji's assertions.
