This is a democratic country and we have a legal system in place.We can not just go for some swift trials and punishments,Ofcourse he has received a 5 star treatment and all other stuffs but he values much ore than that.He was the only gunman caught alive and divulged us with some very important and vital infos.

Kasab probably told us whatever he knew in the first 24 hours of his interrogation, and he has been a state guest for more than 2 years
