Mr. Jinnah's presidential address to the Constituent Assembly of Pakistan

Re: Mr. Jinnah's presidential address to the Constituent Assembly of Pakistan

You are wrong! Hadees is shown before the start of Khabarnama and the Qaid's saying after the it! Al most 40 minutes difference. Do not spread lies here!

Re: Mr. Jinnah's presidential address to the Constituent Assembly of Pakistan

Im talking about the past........i dont know how they do it now.....jinnah's sayings were quite boring though.....i only remember 1 of them.......work, work and work.

Re: Mr. Jinnah's presidential address to the Constituent Assembly of Pakistan

I have been watching this khabarnama for the last 25 years! And it has been as such since then.

Re: Mr. Jinnah's presidential address to the Constituent Assembly of Pakistan

may be i forgot.....but the fact remains the same......most Pakistanis do respect jinnah as a prophet.

Re: Mr. Jinnah's presidential address to the Constituent Assembly of Pakistan

I think that is generalization on your part hareem. Pakistani's respect the guy true but not on the same wavelength as the Prophet.

Re: Mr. Jinnah's presidential address to the Constituent Assembly of Pakistan

Religious people always do exagerration and put baseless accusations.

Re: Mr. Jinnah's presidential address to the Constituent Assembly of Pakistan

^lol now you are generalising.

Re: Mr. Jinnah's presidential address to the Constituent Assembly of Pakistan

yes, thats only my perception.

Mostar95, what I said was based on my personal experiences and perception. And I still believe that pakistanis respect jinnah so much that they heavily ignore his secular mindset.

Re: Mr. Jinnah's presidential address to the Constituent Assembly of Pakistan

Most of theparticipants on this forum have focused on Jinnah's personality, not the message in his inaugural speech to the constituent assemly.

Jinnah, his colleagues, PML and majority of the newly formed Muslim state in 1947 did not favor a theological state. Whether that idea worked or not has failed or succeeded is a separate matter and certainly Jinnah cannot be held accountable for the poor form demonstrated by latter year rulers.

Jinnah was a great visionary, astute politician, constitutionalists and probably a much bigger proponent of non-violennce who believed in constitution, rule of law.

Re: Mr. Jinnah's presidential address to the Constituent Assembly of Pakistan

Thats the problem with you, his advice was golden, if only failures like you paid heed.

Re: Mr. Jinnah's presidential address to the Constituent Assembly of Pakistan

Yo lazy. :D

Re: Mr. Jinnah's presidential address to the Constituent Assembly of Pakistan

Counterpoint and Spock! The poles apart! Seem to be agreeing here!

Re: Mr. Jinnah's presidential address to the Constituent Assembly of Pakistan

i support whoevers sincere or our best option without regards to his provincial background...

Re: Mr. Jinnah's presidential address to the Constituent Assembly of Pakistan

All credit goes to one man, MA Jinnah. My hero.

I don't think it was 2 nation theory was on paki politician's mind.
But put ur self in there shoes for a sec and answer
How can you sell idea of a sparate country to illiterate muslims.

1-we want pun-baloch-sindh-nwfp-kashmir to be a diffrent country because it can survive and prosper at its own.(leaving so many muslims behind)
or
2- We want all muslim to have their own home land. On base of religion.

I would repeat what Spock said.
We didn't deserve Mr, Jinnah it happened to us. God gave him to us.
Too bad he didn't sit in national assemblies for long enough so political institution caould build their respect among people (like army and cricket team did)

But in first 10 years pakistan made amazing progress ,because people who use to be around Mr. jinnah were in top position in bureaucracy,

To some of my friends here I would only say forget about india(what it would have been like in case of united india) and be happy our own butts are save and free in pakistan.

Mr jinnah never wanted to run pakistan in "MULLAH " style.

Re: Mr. Jinnah's presidential address to the Constituent Assembly of Pakistan

And so to assert the same Two Nation Theory (more properly the Theory of Exploitation), Sindhis, Pathaans and Balochis can also cut off from Pakistan to make their own countries on fashion of Bangladesh. Can't they?

The Pakistan Movement

The Pakistan movement in my opinion was triggered by the British; Muslim League was their own production as that was formed by those who had the title of 'Sir' before their names awarded by the British.
In fact the so called Pakistan Movement was run by those enlightened and moderate people of united India who either studied in Britain or those schools and colleges of India which were influenced by them. Our so called National Heroes are those Brain-washed people whom the British prepared to push Muslims of India into confusion, separation and destruction. Past 60 years of Pakistan are a living proof of that.

The reason why our generations still regard Mr Jinnah and his companions as heroes is our text books we read at schools and colleges where they make zeroes to heroes.

Re: Mr. Jinnah's presidential address to the Constituent Assembly of Pakistan

That's only excuses, we haven't yet proved to be an Independant nation, the quality of life in Pakistan is comparatively worse than it is in India. They are the second largest population in the world, if it was not Indians but Pakis like our our Drunkard Generals ruling that country, India would have been divided into lots of Bangladesh with more people dying of hunger. Just imagine how India has been facing lots of problems, they are still one nation, they still have Kashmir, Siachin which was once yours, you can't ever compete their economy, and this is all because they always have had sincere and patriotic leaders, not like the British Agent Jinnah and his accomplices.
Should I tell you what Nehru did for India for education?
Should I tell you how they uprooted Feudalism in India in the very beginning while we are still being kicked by the feudal lords and army generals.

Muslims in the East and West of India

I am sure if Pakistan was not created, Muslims would still be in majority in Panjab, Kashmir, NWFP, Balochistan and Bengal at least, with a huge buffer of them within India, they would at least have local governments in their majority areas, they wouldn't have feudals and criminal minded army generals, with higher literacy rate and possibly a Muslim President.

You can't give excuses of Babari Masjid and Gujrat riots as such things happen in religious conflicts, even in Pakistan more people have been killed in the name of shia sunni riots, in fact there are more terrorist activities in Pakistan over religion than they are in India.

Re: Mr. Jinnah's presidential address to the Constituent Assembly of Pakistan

We know now Pakistan exists, but when we talk about history or Jinnah, we should keep this in our mind that Jinnah was a British agent like Mustafa Kamal, Hamid Karzai and Nuri al Maliki, and whatever were his views they were dictated to him by his British Masters, we have to reject them, his views can't be imposed on us as we are already suffering from what he gave us.
