**Speaker Sindh Assembly Nisar Khoro has informed the nation that President Zardari’s dual office is in accordance with the precedent set by the father of the nation, Mohammad Ali Jinnah, who was governor general and party head at the same time. Would Khoro care to inform us what other practices of President Zardari are in line with those of Jinnah’s?

I almost fell off my chair while reading Mr. Khuro's comparison of Pres. Zardari with our Great Quaid. PPP stalwarts in record making process that will be deemed extremely difficult to break in the foreseeable future.

The game is on for these MNA/MPA/minister guys, suck/lick/kiss whatever you can of Zardari as the rewards can be enormous when they see likes of Rahman Malik, Yousuf Gillani and now Raja mental/rental.

What about the substance of his claim? Was Jinah a party head at the same time when he was governor general? What about ZA Butto? Was he PPP head when he was PM?

Pakistan Affairs has become very strange. People have preconceived ideas that they keep repeating over and over. For example, even if zardari went to heaven, these guys will say that it's a hoax.
It has become worse since the tsunami of Oct. 30th. Plenty of born again patriots of the PTI (niralas as AP uncle would say) are now acting just as jiyalas and nawaz supporters always did.
