Pakistan’s MQM ‘received Indian funding’ - BBC News

Officials in Pakistan’s MQM party have told the UK authorities they received Indian government funds, the BBC learnt from an authoritative Pakistani source. UK authorities investigating the MQM for alleged money laundering also found a list of weapons in an MQM property.

British authorities held formal recorded interviews with senior MQM officials who told them the party was receiving Indian funding, the BBC was told.

MQM has refused to comment

Traitors. They always were and will always be.

Of course India will fund and support traitors who go to India and say that creation of Pakistan was the biggest blunder in history. Why on earth would your arch rival not feed to the snakes hiding in your sleeves? India really doesn't need to fight any conventional war with us.

So many people jumped up and down and went gaga over NYTimes story on Axact and demanded action, I wonder if they'll also demand the same action against MQM over BBC report? But no, just wait for all the conspiracy theories and backhanded justifications that'll soon pour through. Hypocrisy and double standards.

May God have mercy on BBC staff in Karachi. Rangers must come in to provide security to them. MQM rats must be screaming murder.

The government should probe the nexus, according to bbc the same thing has been conveyed by mqm leaders in ongoing investigations, maybe this is the reason why govt of Pakistan has decided to give UK the access to criminals suspected of imran farooq's death.

Of course. Army Chief was in Russia. Zardari comes to Capital to abuse him and the national institution. Who pulled his strings?

PPP, MQM and PMLN all have history of appealing to foreign powers and asking them to go against their armies, only to protect their throne and interests.

@Anwer Pasha please criticse the army all you want as an institution but calling them kuttas and vulgar nonsense cut it out. We have had a zero tolerance policy towards this in the past and zero tolerance policy now.
