I think he is threatening Sindhis. 1992 his criminals raped sindhi women, tortured and killed innocent sindhis and embossed MQM on children butts as a result of police action in Hyderabad. Sindhis were targeted on the assumption that all Sindhis were supporters of BB’s PPP who was in power at that time. Their criminal acts were supported by Punjabi army in Hyderabad and Ghulam Ishaq Khan at center who was president at that time. After that BB’s government was dismissed.
