Re: Power Sharing between PPP and MQM finalised
^ Read carefully, 8 ministers and 5 advisors.... NOT 13 ministers.

Zardari and Altaf likely to meet within 72 hours
KARACHI: PPP Co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari and MQM chief Altaf Hussain are expected to meet within the next 72 hours, MQM sources disclosed to Daily Times on Tuesday. The sources said that Zardari, who will be in London within the next two days, has already informed Hussain of the meeting. The meeting between the two leaders is expected to finalise the ongoing talks between both parties over a power-sharing deal in Sindh. “The party is in consultations over certain aspects of the formula for the formation of a coalition government in Sindh, but certain issues are yet to be finalised,” said MQM Sindh Assembly Deputy Parliamentary Leader Faisal Sabzwari. Sources revealed that the leaders of both the parties had approved the draft. The major points of the draft consist of four main demands laid down by the MQM: the Sindh governor would not be changed; the Sindh cabinet would have 70 percent seats for the PPP and other coalition partners, and 30 percent for the MQM; both parties would formulate different committees to tackle administrative matters and party issues with mutual understanding; and parliamentary committees would be formulated by both parties to deal with matters related to the Sindh Assembly. There has not yet been any decision on the role of the MQM in the federal government and in the Senate. staff report

Karachi, Pakistan, May 02 (PPI):
The size of Sindh provincial cabinet swelled to 41 with the induction of 20 new ministers on Friday that includes seven of PPP and 13 of MQM under the power-sharing agreement between the two parties. Altaf have tendency to become bhai ( in local terms lota & lifafa) of anyone in power. The only principal Altaf and Co believe or have is to be in power...
Re: MQM PPP sign agreement/MQM joins Sindh Govt (merged)

The electorate will not be happy. PPP making deals with MQM. ![]()
Re: MQM PPP sign agreement/MQM joins Sindh Govt (merged)
Now with PML N on the way out of the federal govt, the MQM will be propping up the PPP-led govt. No wonder Zardari is due to meet Altaf Hussain again later today in London.

Mashallah. What a great picture this makes. Great Zardari receiving a gift of a poem in honour of BB (Shaheed) from Altaf Husain. ![]()

Altaf Hussain is a poet now?
Re: MQM PPP sign agreement/MQM joins Sindh Govt (merged)
Altaf Hussain is a poet now?
Yeah, he writes love poems for Musharraf after hes done counting bhatta.
Re: MQM PPP sign agreement/MQM joins Sindh Govt (merged)
Altaf Hussain is a poet now?
It appears there is no end to his talents. :)
Is that why Great Zardari, the leader of PPP, has been signing agreements with MQM?

It is the other way around, it is great Pir Altaf who is begged his new Master (after great Musharraf), great Zardari, just like in the past how he begged Nawaz, Benazir, even the people of some madrassah for some show of support, as due to the risiging costs of commodities and his armani suits, he can no longer rely on inflated Bhatta alone.
All Pakistani politicians are talented in their own way, because they make everyone laugh
But it’s good to see the PPP letting bygones be bygones, and Zardari travelling to Nine Zero and London to meet Altaf in a spirit of reconcilation. It’s time for politicians to be less dogmatic and more pragmatic, because only that way provincilism and ethnicity will die down. Now only Nawaz needs to adopt this mode of politics, and move forward, which I am sure he will in time. He is presently busy kissing up to Musharraf’s PML Q leaders in Punjab, so I am sure he will doing the same with the MQM in the not too distant future.
Re: MQM PPP sign agreement/MQM joins Sindh Govt (merged)
Nawaz and MQM making up would be orgasmic for you, but sadly it wont happen. In the end, all these political parties are distancing themselves from Musharraf. Even MQM's Babur Commando Ghauri has said that May 12th was a conspiracy by the establishment to use them.
