Some one had shared a video regarding this, in which one can see the accused holding a pistol in his hand moments before the death of Waqas (who was standing close to him). MQM supporters were pointing towards Rangers for the murder.

Very much un believable. Consider that ranger are raiding MQM office and all of a sudden one activist out of the blue decided to kill his co-worker to gain points against Rangers. All this with in minutes ???
It is possible if it is planned well before however such quick decision making is not understandable. Most probably this happened due to some stray bullet ( either from rangers or from MQM them self ) however consdiering the video , it is not an evidence at all.
