they're a proxy force funded and driven by Anti-Pakistan forces, that is why all their actions are always against the civilian populations and not a single act of defiance against the invading forces on the other side of the border. The peace agreement in SWAT was not with Taliban, it was with TNSM (an entirely different thing). Do you know the difference? TNSM which is headed by Sufi Muhammad was created for the very purpose of demanding Shariah in Swat which was abolished in 1979. The people of Swat wanted the Qazi system. The agreement was not with Taliban, which is why Baitullah Mehsud was isolated recently because everyone else who had hijacked people's sentiments and used those to their advantage were now left with no more motif. And they distanced themselves from him and his men.
The miscreants who carry out all the suicide killing are either brainwashed afghans funded by RAW, or Baitullah Mehsud's men.
Baitullah Mehsud does NOT represent the people of Frontier or Swat, and the Swat agreement was not with TTP.
So unless Baitullah Mehsud signed the peace agreement (which i don't think he did, he was not even included in the process), it is wrong to say the peace agreement was with TTP.

Five Taliban released in Swat
MINGORA: The Swat district administration on Sunday released five Taliban in accordance with the peace accord signed by the NWFP government and the Tehreek Nifaz-e-Shariat-e-Muhammadi. Official sources said with the latest release, the number of the Taliban released after the deal has risen to 53.
