and audio quality will b the same. the price will b the big difference.

agar aap karachi ya lahore se kahin se lein to mujhay bhi prices bata dein. aur haan, details bhi. aap ko net se prices to mil jaein gi international to aap ko acha khasa andaaza ho jaega ke actual kitni duzz! lag rahi hai idhar se lene se. :p
i doubt if you are going to experience any issues with the quality per se, but price as my friend above said, will be the critial factor.
