Your izzat is your greatest feature---Better to stay away from nangey chicks. However too much sardarjies aint good either.

I suggest you tell the land-lord mai your pious booty is moving in and the ladies better put some hijabs on.

Wasey my advice to supress the pervertnes is to:

1) Fast - It dont have 2 be proper fasts bro - U dont have to do sehri and that, just eat much lesser or less frequently than you normally do, it shall be adequate....But dont comprimise on water - always drink plenty itz hot.

2) Hot natured food nourishes the inner sexual system - so eat less 'hot-dry' foods, and more of 'cold-wet' foods.

3)Yoghurt is a good cold food advised by the Prophet (pbuh) for this purpose.

4)Water-Melon has also been said in a hadith to be of the coldest and wettest foods. I eat it a lot.

5) Cheese is a good cold food (but it makes u fat)

6) Meat and Chicken especially are hot-Dry foods that feed the sexual system- So becareful of these. However If you do need to eat the hots, you can offset thier effects by eating the colds too.They cancel each other out.

7) Lastly Bro - Try to pray as much Namaz as you can (which i know u do), Pray to Allah in each namaz to preserve your izzat...and keep you away from those shaiteen sexy lil things.
-Read Aouzibillah and change your gaze whenever you feel an oncoming pervertness.

Oh Yeh, Some People are just jealous you are an izzatwala guy, iggy them bombsquats.
