good analysis... Ealing (common) and Acton are best places in London I guess,** not too expensive like Surrey and close to Central London, less crime and more cleaner than Tooting etc.
Besides you will find desis in all above mentioned places.
there are other places, but not in zone 3. Like Chigwell, waltham abbey, Epping, Isleworth etc. Not many desis there and yet easy access to London underground and other desi areas in Essex.
