Let’s say, a guy after staring at the girl for a little bit says hi to her and that girl looks at the guy which means that she’s heard his ‘hi’ but then just ignores him by not saying anything and goes straight past him.What would that guy think of the girl? Could he think that she’s shareef or decent, or would he think that she’s being rude?

It depends on what part of the World you're in. Better yet, which kona of the World the dude is from. In my circle, that would be rude, but not unnecessary, especially if the dude was blatantly staring. If he was nice and all, then it would be inappropriate.

Has the guy got such a big head that he wouldn't think 'she prob doesn't fancy me'..
(btw most of the time I don't think you can hide your attraction for someone however shareef or whatever you are.. Even when we don't speak most of us will blush, smile or look a bit sheepish or different if we like someone but are shy and luckily most guys can pick up on it and therefore can tell the difference between sexually harassing someone, making them feel uncomfortable and flirting)..
