Hello All,
First of all Sorry for being not sure on which section I should post this.
Well, due to current economic crisis in Middle East. I am expecting to lose my job soon. I am in Saudi Arabia since 2010 with wife and two kids (2 years and 5 months).
We need help to find out in which** area** of Islamabad we should initially move on renting. Our priority is good security in the neighbourhood and affordable and good school nearby.
Currently we own land in Judicial Town on Murree Road - 20 KM from Convention center. But we have postponed the plan to construct it, since we don’t know whether living that far from Islamabad would be practical and where we will get our son’ school from Kindergarten to high school.
Also I am considering Bahria Enclave but again this is away from cit.
Please advice.
Thank you
Re: Moving from Middle East to Islamabad - Housing and School
Hi…do u have any job offer? or will u be setting up ur own work?F-6, F-7, F-8, F-10 are the famous and expensive areas, G-9, G-10, G-11 are a little cheaper but not that cheap…all the areas have v.good schools, hospitals and markets …last year or was it 2 years ago i moved from isb to karachi and we used to live in G-13 this is a new sector and it has newly constructed houses which are super clean to move in and modern architecture i loved the house…and as compared to other sectors the houses in same rent were super old and dirty…Frobels is near to this sector there r some other schools too but not v.famous ones in G-13 i dont know if some new ones have opened now…F-11 has really good schools and if u opt for F-11/G-11 u will have access to schools in F-11, G-11,F-10 as these wont be v.far. If you want a clean/new and affordable house go for G-13 or E-11( E-11 is expensive though) but u can find some small apartment…
