i want to take the archives along… Please let me know if its attainable
What do people do when they move blogs… > copy all posts to the new one or just one link to the old blog?

I think Blogger.com has come official and some non-official tools to help you move your blog from one place to other.

My Space Blog has a horrible interface and is not even half as impressive as Blogspot and other good ones out there.
If anything, just manually transfer everything over to Blogspot.

I agree with Sadiyah aunti about MySpace's blogging system.
I still believe that hosting your own blog is the best way to go...

Own blog system sounds good, but that would probably require own server space and other such stuff.

CB, a few mths ago I did setup a personal blog, and tested out a few of them. Finally I went with TikiWiki as it offered the most bang for the buck (ofcourse its free :p), with a very simple interface a lot of different options. But for public blog I just went with blogger.

I have used and set many many many blogs for people and I believe WordPress takes the crown when it comes to find features, templates (skins, looks) and support.
You can also link your WordPress powered website to other blogging sites and vise-versa.
Oh and it’s FREE.

I looked at MovableType and LiveJournal ... just never got the time to set one up...
WordPress looks very attractive... Ping feature is nice. I think all blog-kits need to have valuable statistics of the visitors along with the hit-count..

Yeah you can actually transfer your MSN blog using ping.
Everything you need in a blog exists for WordPress.

Not possible.
First mistake u did was use MSN spaces
only way is to copy paste the content to your new blog, u will definetly loose the comments or trackbacks,
I use serendipity, but wordpress is very good too
