that make you cry. So i’m a girl who doesn’t cry much. For the most part I’m glad, b/c i don’t like it. But sometimes, you just need a good cry. ANYWAYS, rare is the movie that makes me cry, while i have girlfriends that about everything. What i want to know is what movies/songs moved you so much that you cry when u see/hear them…
as for me these are pretty much the only ones:
movies-Jakob the Liar-first time i cried ina movie. Not just tears either, i
bawled at the execution scene…
Kuch Kuch Hota Hai-When Salman Khan’s character says-
“Aur, pehla pyar kya hota hai? Wo mujhse pucho”
heartbreaking- that line and his presentation of it
Devdas-not exactly my fav. movie, but pretty to watch
nonetheless. When he's carrying her dholi to marry someone
else in the Hamesha tum ko chaha song. Oh it just kills me.

I just think its interesting, cause sometimes I feel like im missing something b/c everyone else is crying and im not. Just curious
Fiza - When Jaya Bachchan dies and there's a funeral at their house, Karishma carries herself well, but back in her room when she opens the closet, she breaks down and cries like anything. Thats when i felt my eyes tear up. :)
Almost every movie I've seen has made me cry at some point or the other ....except Indian movies -- they always leave me unmoved...except Chandni Bar when Tabu's son is being raped by other men in the jailhouse...that just left me disturbed.
Gladiator made me cry...Braveheart, Independence Day...umm...i can't remember every movie i've seen at the moment, but most have made me cry.
this thread is full of girls, but my macho self is gonna risk it and hazard a quick comment. songs from aashiqui, and the movie in 714's signature do bring back some funny pangs from adolescence. no crying though, like i said earlier, i'm too macho. i just hit the shower.
Gladiator ~ when he comes to his house and finds his son and wife hanging. Thats sooooooooooooo sad and to top it off they play that sad lamenting music which i love in the background....:-(
Kuch kuch hota hea ~ When they all laugh at her when she tries to imitate Rani ( pin kapray make up etc) And when she thinks hes telling her he loves her but hes only practising :-(
