take her as a role model…
i still have hopes of u recovering…
roman, the problem starts when the imam on display enters ‘that part of the month’ and hence cannot lead the prayers…
the ppl who r used to not being distracted by the holy back she turns towards them, wud no longer be able to hold their emotions if presented with a new ‘subject’ to keep their minds in prayers…
but one thing is for sure, the number of ppl attending prayers and that too coming early to get the place in the front row will rocket up like indian run rate as long as sehwag remains on the crease…
^ so wouldn't a practical religion like Islam allow for a man to lead the prayers for the days when the woman is canoeing the red river? unless muslim women are on the rag the whole time...
I won't even get into why God would be offended by menstruation...but not segregation...silly. :)
^
there r many things u dont get....
u just need to try harder....
perhaps one day they shall get past that thick skull....
or maybe its just the heavy layer of coconut oil which prevents penetration....
u dont look happy with urself…
otherwise u wud not be “taang arraying” in affairs of others (i.e. muslims and pakistanis)…
and be present in some indian board…
do the indian discussion boards not allow ppl from ur caste to join???
I don't get this. Why is always the mullahs who have issues with women's menstruation? I've heard this one so many times. Everytime a woman does something different they jump on the bandwagon and bring in the menstruation angle. I don't think these guys have any logical backing so what they do is bring in something they think is undeniable but in reality it's a laughing matter. Laughing matter on their dumbassness.
If people wish to move around rules or create new ones, then they should not be representing Islam. Because the real Islam already has its rules and laws, and if a person is going to claim to be a follower of such a faith he/she should stick with what has been commanded of it.
If its alright for women to lead prayers with men behind her, why is it then not stressed for her to attend prayers at a masjid? Why is it that the ‘best’ place to offer prayers for a woman is inside the house? I mean it isnt even expected of her, or rather to protect her from men it is best if she offers her prayers at home - so how can it be alright for her to lead prayers?
And did the wives of the Prophets lead prayers? This is where Sunnah comes along with the Quran. People claim that everything they need could be clear without Sunnah, well then quite frankly Allah wouldnt have bothered sending the Prophet (SAW) if indeed that was the case.
And I dont need to hear the equality issue. A woman is equal to a man and she doesnt have to lead him in prayers to make that clear. And if she needs to lead as an imama so that shes closer to her faith or God or equal in Gods eyes, she needs a reality check.
Its just like the women who wanted to go topless because men could. Its not equality. Its stupidity.
I agree. Men and women have their roles to play. One doesn’t have to do the other’s job to feel equal. Islam has certain guidelines which should be followed if you follow the religion.
Coming up with justifications of the roles with reasons like menstruation is what I call stupidity. It is not only a joke on the religion but the followers as well.
^ MQ, what are you sayin’? That in that one moment of fallability you stopped yourself to say something immoral? You refrained from earning that one little nifty sin? You’re gonna have all the hoors to yourself, ain’t ya?
