Fayz, I agree that motivation and desire to succeed is within an individual. Some people have it to a greater degree than others though. That's why I don't get this phenomena of people seeking enlightenment or seeking their 'inner truth'. People believe that if they seek within and find balance then success will come to them. If they walk in the footsteps of strong, successful people and model their behavior then they will have the same success. All of that sounds like common sense. So why should you go to the seminars, buy the books and tapes?
Someone like Deepak Chopra gives it a more spirtual and holistic angle. I don't mean to be advertising these people.
