Re: Motivational Speaker
I've heard a few motivational speakers who try to get people back to Islam. However, I gave up on them fast, as what they were sharing wasn't very accurate.
Just last week, an acquaintance sent me a few lectures to listen to, which weren't at all motivational.
Other than that, I just recently had to listen to a guest speaker (perhaps was invited for the purpose of motivate the audience) who happens to be a CGA. He went on and on about how he started from nothing and is doing so well. I didn't at all find it motivating. I was more interested in what the other individual had to say, as he was merely sharing the facts and figures.
I suppose I'm the type who strictly likes facts and figures rather than the random mumbo jumbo.
