To those are running businesses from home, what motivates you to keep on doing what you do every day!? Aside from family, bills…etc what else? How do you keep focused on completing a task?

the money part is nice for some time but then it doesn't help me to do more to make more.. alhamdulillah I make 100k/yr and happy with it but I want to do more but just can't get motivated!!!
