Sooooo!!!
In the spirit of the GS-WW group coming together, I started doing a little research and came across a bunch of fun and easy tips, secrets, and ideas that I think are super motivational!!

So Let’s start from the beginning… :yahoo:

For Beginners or to jump start.

Monday Work Out Routine: **
*Bootay, Legs, and Abs. *

Tuesday Work Out Routine:
Arms and Chest.

Wednesday Work Out Routine:
Back and Shoulders.

Thursday Work Out Routine:
Bootay, Legs, and Abs.

Friday Work Out Routine:
Bootay, Legs, and Abs.

Although this might be focused around the guppans, I’m sure if the guys want to join in the journey from “now” to “WOW”, they can add some input. :slight_smile:

I found all of these online, and as I find more, I’ll keep adding them in here.

Healthy eating so far, that includes roti salan...Just make it more healthier..

I"ve been doing the Power90 working out for about two weeks, skipped a few workouts :( and half-assed it a few times :( but sometimes I still see a little difference.....and actually that motivates me to not half ass it.
