This is my 1st baby so please excuse my nervousness. Amana, were you able to know/feel how far along you are in your labor that you knew when to let them put on monitors. I dunno, I asked my doctor about Kegel and she told me they are not effective, but I think i will start them anyway...they can't hurt me.
