what are u all getting/sending ur mothers this Mother’s day?
im thinking i may get her something practical, like a jacket for winter or jeans cus she wants to be cool hmmm im over perfume (gotten her enuff jadore and poison)
any other ideas?

ours is this sunday as well, which is ummm the 9th.

i think flowers coz my mom loves flowers :) and i'll take her shopping for clothes... and i'll get her a perfume maybe... :)

You don't necessarily have to spend money on your mum to show your appreciation for her.
ok wat should i do?
Cook a meal
Give her flowers (use your imagination - you don't have to buy them if you know what I mean)
Do the housework
Write her a song/poem
And if all that fails..........a mixed tape.
I have a great gift this time. I usually go out and get some perfume but this time I took the time out to make something.
I got a pair of cheap lamps with plain glass shades. I painted the shades so now it looks something like this

Its a different shape but the design on the shade is somewhat similar though mines is more colorful and has some flowers in it.

thanx shahz...it didn't take too long, 4-5 hours over the course of 3 days. The toughest part is waiting for the lead to dry.
