I hav started pre selecting o buying with my hubby my mothers day gift from the kids, saves retrning and exchanging so its easier for everyon if I tell them what I need/would like.
I am going out later, I know I ill be looking at make up but what to buy? I don’t need mascara, eyeliners but a woman cqn never hav enough lippy hey! Or maybe the Benefit highlighters, well one of them anyway.
What would you buy/rcommend?

I just bought my mum Gucci Bamboo as a mother's day/nikkah anniversary present today. Amazing perfume

hhhmmm I have plenty handbags already and perfumes. I use oils more though now.
I did go and picked a lipstick, Twig by MAC, he needs to go back with the kids alone as my daughter was with us so didn't manage to "surprise" me. lol

Nothing no gifts.
On Mother's day I get my kids to write me handmade cards/letters. I want them to think what me
being their mom means to them? This year now they are a bit older (almost 7 and 6 mash'Allah) I
am asking them to do 1 each for their grandmas (nani+daddi)
I don't want them associating presents or gifts with each BD/anniversary, Only cakes, we want to
declare our love thru food :)

Royal Gala thats a beautiful thought and I did similar when my kids were younger but as my eldest at uni younger ones are at high school they dp want to bring me something and if I don't make a suggestion they will do it anyway. One year i recieved a clanky jangly handbag, so unlike me i had to return it. Lol thats why I try to be practical and hint what I need o would like. I got oven gloves 2 years ago hahaha i did need a new pair and so asked hubby to help them out

The best kind of Mothers Day Gifts are: A fresh bouquet of flowers, A beauty box, Jewelry, or some food items like Pizza, Cakes etc. You need to choose a gift that is according to your Mothers choice. For example fresh bouquet of flowers of your Mom favorite roses are the better option. Or a beautiful address in your Mom favorite color wil definately make your Mom more Happy.

You can capture (make video) some funny moment and send her on mothers day. For instance jab aapne koi harkat patki ho aur apki mummy apko dant rahi ho.
