I sent my mum 49 red roses.
She sent me a message saying the bunch is enormous
and she’s a bit sad since last year on Mothers day I’d gone to visit her
Mine was spent trying to avoid happy mothers day phone calls from people who arent even my kids
Finally fell asleep for a few hours before the girls dropped in around 2 with a Black forest cake .
That was cute, i opened the door half asleep wanting to curse the person who’d rung the bell only to find them standing there with the most cutest looks on their faces going, ‘we are sorry for waking you up but Happy Mothers day’
so yesterday we were out of state and while we were driving back it was night and bro was kinda speeding, we didnt even realize it cuz we were all "chatting"
so a cop pulls us over....
"ur speed was 80 its supposed to b 55 mph...blah blah blah
where u coming from and where u going"
so he's like driving back, we were vising a friend
then hes like may i see ur car regis and driver's license
so my bro's like uh can u cut me a break i didnt realize it i was having a chat with my MOM
the cops like no, iv genuinely decided that after i meet ppl, uw anna have a chat u pull over and driver slower
the whole time hes very stern and in ur face and authoritative
so he goes to make the ticket...and in the car we're like he was so rude blah blah, didn't listen to us n all, and gr8 we get a ticket for like 200$
so he comes bak he's giving this whole lecture on , u were speeding, there was a concert here a lot of ppl are drunk, i want u to b as careful as possible
and since it ur mother, as a mother's day gift im gonna let u go off with a warning :D haha
I am very lazy when it comes to giving gifts or doing something creative. So I absolutely hate the idea that when children are too young to give mothers day presents, the fathers have to do it on their behalf. I am dreading that day when I will be expected to do that
My daughter is still sleeping. Last night she asked me not to wake up before her so she could have my surprise ready and breakfast ready for me...so I guess I'll pretend to go back to sleep as soon as I hear her waking up!
you can’t expect a 2 year old to get an awesome gift for their mum
