as a gift - present her a plant that you grew - lilies or roses.
arrange for a wonderful festive tea wih Father for your Mom.
she can also be gifted a nice jewlery piece that she likes.
cook a nice dinner at home for her.
invite her best friend over, as a surprise. serve her the dinner in your own distinct way with lots of hard work and personal care. have dinner together.
and then take her to a walk on a beach board walk or get a nice film that she would enjoy watching with her family.
thank her and wish her for all the hard work she does for keeping the family together and caring for it unstopably.
take a picture of every one with Mom/s and make them feel really special.
same goes for the mother-in-law and dear a very aunt or a colleague who is a responsible single Mom.

My mum has an Alliance ring with diamonds.
We add a diamond occasionally...sum day it will be full circle.
On mother´s day, we ALL got out and have dinner 2gether
and mama unwraps her gift at end.
Last time was a 60 gb ipod.

Our whole gang is meeting up at a japanese steak house for dinner, i'm getting my sis a pair of "heelies", she's just the kind of 30-something nut that would love them. Dont know yet about my mom.
Hubby's getting a new floor in the office we've been building. (SHHH!!!, its a surprise!) and I'm doing it me-self!
