Mother Nature!! Worth a watch..

"This is a non-commercial attempt to highlight the fact that world leaders, irresponsible corporates and mindless ‘consumers’ are combining to destroy life on earth. It is dedicated to all who died fighting for the planet and those whose lives are on the line today. The cut was put together by Vivek Chauhan, a young film maker, together with naturalists working with the Sanctuary Asia network (www.sanctuaryasia.com). "

This video really gave me the chills when I watched, to see how we are destroying our beautiful earth..it is really sad :frowning:

So many natural disasters happening these days..I feel that this is the only way that mother nature is fighting back!!!

Re: Mother Nature!! Worth a watch..

Very nice. Some really brave people who paid the ultimate price.

Even today, there some who scoff at recycling and conserving. It is all about affordability - if they can afford it, they will buy a gas guzzler.

People will idle their cars while relaxing by the river with the weather ourside not too cold. They will go through a drive through window where sometimes the wait time is 5-10 min. They will wait for their spouse who may have gine into the bank - and the car will be idling for 15 minutes. They will uses a gas guzzling blower to blow leaves from one place to the other - which romptly gets blown away by wind or some other person. The playground lights remain on long after the game is over. They refuse to take cloth bags for shopping - thus consuming plastic (which now has formed a 1-2 sq mile area in the ocean). They will sometimes buy one teeny item, and still insist on a plastic bag for it. The list is endless.
Use what you need, conserve what you can. It is quite simple. end rant.

^so trueeee.....but some ppl just don't care..coz they feel that they are not going to be alive when the earth is totally destroyed..so why should they care about conservation of nature!!!

Wow!

Some of those images sends shivers down ones spine. Such beauty of majestic nature. Leaves you dumbfounded.

It's sad what we're doing to earth, though slowly but steadily. Hats off to all the people who work for the betterment of mother nature.

This was an amazing share, aaliyah. So worth the watch.

I'm sure there are many more people who have done so much for nature and earth and we will never know.
