I am looking for the new trend of what mother-in-laws are wearing for the wedding. I am on a heavy side and don’t wear saris. Would love to hear any ideas you all have or better yet, see some pictures.

While bridal shopping my mother in law saw this outfit, and fell in love gushing. I know its an HSY bridal we plan to modify it but she will be wearing it for our wedding. ( see a lot of young couples like my in laws paid for their wedding work a budget, dont get their dream dress so the next big oppurtunity to dress up is your kids wedding.)
I think you should go all out; after all your kids dont get married everyday. This is a bacha party gift to my mother in law; we insisted and are getting this dress for my mother in law and we are all super excited after all isnt a wedding but a celebration of family

I love love all the ideas. Thank goodness that you all agree with what I have been thinking. I do not want to dress plainly. I feel young at heart and want to go all out. Thank you and please keep the ideas coming!
