Among the more popular, albeit expensive clubs that are being sought for weddings these days are the Marina, and Creek clubs, Creek Club has three lawns varying in rates from Rs 35,000 (for an area accommodating 500 people) to Rs 125,000 for a garden that can comfortably host 1500 to 2000 guests. Similarly, Marina Club has lawns that it gives out to non-members for Rs 85,000 (accommodating over 500 guests) and Rs 125,000 (for 1000 guests). Another venue that is gaining in popularity in recent years is KPI (Karachi Parsi Institute). Its lawns are available for Rs 60,000.

we had the wedding in punjab carpet centre during dec month last yr in pak - my cousin got married. there were approx 500 -600 guests

My mehndi was at the Creek Club (indoors), wedding at the Karachi Sheraton (banquet hall). Both venues were really nice and the functions turned out well.
My cousin's wedding a few days before mine was at the PC hotel in Karachi, in the lawn. That was also nice.

Wow its so much cheaper to do a wedding a in pak! Over here you would get a normal place for a $1000 bucks

Barfee that place looks really nice..the riverside one! Nice place to get married..but US shadis r soo boring for ME!
My mother's bro got married in the PC pool side..and the next day after his wedding my coz got engaged in this huge cruise ship..it was all beautiful..except for my motion sickness problem!

I like both ur halls Barfee. We r doing it at a hotel with about 200 ppl. nothing huge but the cost per person is $35.00 w/o food. Thats a lot in my opinion. Its so annoying though how every other person u know tells u after the reservation that they could have gotten you a deeply discounted hotel through contacts. I would soooo love to withdraw the invitation when they say that. And then u have ‘sifarishis’ who get other friends to lobby for invitations
