You forgot to mention India-it too has a large number of Pakistani citizens.
Mostly Hindu who come to visit India and do not wish to go back, due to alleged harassment.
Recently the Indian government has granted Indian citizenship to thousands who had lived n India illegally for a decade or more.

In Bangladesh-tens of thousands of Bihari Muslims (Pakistani's) living in Refugee Camps after the 1971 civil war......
They fought & suffered to keep Pakistan united- Anyone spare a thought for them ?

I went to the Pakistani embassy here in Vienna (Austria) a few weeks ago to apply for a POC for my son. While I was sitting in the waiting room, I started talking with a guy who was also waiting there. He’s a Pakistani doctor who has been living in Slovakia for more than 10 years and is Slovak national. He told me that they don’t have a Pakistani embassy in Slovakia and so he has to come to Vienna to apply for his POC.

Pakistanis living in NK would really really surprise me. I am sure there are some living there as part of Pak govt's diplomatic representatives, but not permanently.
