By unlikely I mean when you hear about Pakis living there your first question is “Now what would a Paki be doing there? It’s not rich, or immigrant friendly, so then what?”

yeah from what i read its only inhabited by punjabis, pathans, sindhis, balochis, mohajir etc…not Pakistanis

summarizing it - all the expat paki population is 70% in North America, 15% in Europe (Western Europe only), 10% in Gulf states (but they are not nationals, so I dont think they qualify under this category) about 4% in Australia and the remaining 1% elsewhere in the world.
